When reporting an issue

Please include the Rocket cue version from About, your iPhone model and iOS version, what you expected, and what happened. For an old schedule, include the “Last checked” time shown in About. Screenshots can help, but please remove private location or other sensitive details before sending them.

Launch information

Times, status, pads and webcast links may change. Rocket cue uses a scheduled shared copy of The Space Devs Launch Library 2 and can show saved data when a refresh fails. A map pin marks a launch facility, not a public viewing entrance or route. Confirm time-sensitive details with the launch provider or official webcast.

Accounts and payments

Rocket cue has no account, subscription, in-app purchase or advertising. The privacy notice explains local storage, location and network services.
